Hey BlackBerry game developers! It’s time to have fresh breath.

It is totally wrong perception that RIM’s BlackBerry OS is used only for serious business tasks. This thing has been disappointing game developers for so long.  Yes, this device is more often seen in the hands of high-level executive and businessman but it doesn’t mean that BlackBerry OS does not have capabilities to provide entertainment and support to games. In fact, it is one of the most stable operating systems and this feature turns it a foremost contender in the domain of game development.
RIM has packed BlackBerry with high-end features such as simple interface, outstanding graphic, seamless support to Java games, full support to various audio & video formats, big screen with high resolution, that provide enough space to BlackBerry game developer to bring latest range of games in market.

The market for BlackBerry game developers quickly got new dimension since the launch of BlackBerry Tablet OS. The first device came with this OS was BlackBerry Playbook. In February 2012 BlackBerry again revised their OS and extended its support to Android apps. Android apps can now also run on Blackberry devices installed with OS 2.0.

RIM’s new BlackBerry® Playbook is expected to launch in February. This news came out from the blogging site N4BB. The Mobile Syrup – a popular Canadian blog site have also revealed that BlackBerry’s upgraded OS – the new avatar, is arriving among users in February.
These instant changes by RIM in its new devices have excited both users and BlackBerry game developers who used to ignore BlackBerry for games.

The market for BlackBerry is on boom with numerous scopes to BlackBerry game developers.

    1. I am just going to buy the iPhone cause of its latest game apps, but this step of RIM gives me hope to stick on BB. Now I patiently wait for new games for my playbook.
